At Analyte Consulting we monitor and react to data and IT infrastructures over multiple Virtual Machine environments. The administration includes monitoring the status of programs, changes in virtual environments such as MAC address changes, firewall changes and drive changes. We also monitor various inter server connections such as SSL or OPC connections.
Our data administration includes monitoring SQL databases on multiple machines and can action data recovery and connection faults.
Our administration is done with a C# codebase installed on the relevant machines and connects via SSL connections each other and to a central monitoring site. Using SSRS we built and maintain reports that are automatically sent to relevant parties to react to.
